1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing masaricabal.com, purchasing a membership pass via Whop, accessing our TradingView indicator suite, or participating in the private Telegram group, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase our subscription tiers.

2. Subscription Billing & Whop Portal

All payments, pricing options ($19.99/mo, $89.99/mo, and $979.99/yr), updates, credit card processing, and subscription adjustments are managed securely on the backend via Whop.com.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency stated during checkout (Monthly or Annually) unless cancelled via your Whop dashboard prior to your scheduled renewal date.

3. Strict Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our proprietary software scripts, indicator intellectual property, and real-time community alpha, all sales are final. No full or partial refunds will be granted for any reason, including under-utilization of the tools or early cancellation of a recurring pass cycle.

4. Intellectual Property & Piracy Prohibition

Your access to the Masari Cabal TradingView indicator suite is assigned strictly to a single individual TradingView username. You are expressly prohibited from sharing, modifying, reverse-engineering, renting, or republishing our source code or script readouts.

Leaking indicator visuals, setups, or Telegram community content to other platforms will result in immediate termination of your Whop pass without a refund and permanent blacklisting from our ecosystems.

5. Code of Conduct

The Telegram group is dedicated to high-level macro trade setups and capital preservation frameworks. Toxic behavior, promotional spam, insults, self-marketing, or malicious day-trading hype are banned. Our team reserves the right to ban any disruptive user at any time.
